Chromebooks are a quick and easy way to browse the web wherever you are, and now the Library offers these powerful devices as a portable alternative to the desktop computers already available. Whether you're researching or just want to sit in a comfy chair and browse the internet, check out a Chromebook at the Reference Desk or Children's Desk.
This service is made possible thanks to Southern California Edison'sBuilding 21st Century Skills for Tweens and Teens grant and the Monterey Park Kiwanis Club.
Patrons 9 years of age and older may borrow a Chromebook from the Reference Desk or Children's Desk.
Chromebook users 9 to 13 years of age will be required to submit a lending agreement signed by a parent or guardian.
