A community meeting will be held to share information about DEERFIELD CENTER, a proposed mixed-use development located at 740-760 and 780 W. Garvey Ave & 220 S. Atlantic Blvd in Monterey Park.
The presentation will include details about the site plan, unit mix, and parking strategy. There will also be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and share feedback.
The project team, including the owners, Carrier Johnson + Culture Architects, and other project consultants, will be on hand to present the proposal and engage in an open discussion with the community.
